We invite you to join us for a free event at the studio — a relaxed opportunity to connect, create, and gain insight into the industry.
You’ll have the chance to step in front of the camera and lay down a few scenes in a supportive, professional setting. The session also includes a Q&A with Artist Manager Craig McMahon, offering valuable guidance and answers to your questions about the craft and the business.
This is a wonderful way to introduce yourself, experience our studio environment, and engage with a community of like-minded artists. Whether you are a former, current or future student, everyone is welcome. Places are limited though, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance.

Craig has built a reputation as an influential figure in the entertainment industry, with a career that spans over three decades, marked by his unwavering passion, innovative mindset, and a relentless commitment to developing new talent. As the Founding Artistic Director of Film & Television Studio International, Craig plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of talent, offering them a platform to springboard into successful careers on both the national and international stage. His ability to spot and nurture raw talent has made him a key force in the entertainment landscape.
In his role as the CEO of McMahon Management, Craig wears multiple hats, including those of a talent manager, mentor, and connector of key industry players. Known for his dynamic and hands-on approach, Craig is directly involved in the professional and personal development of his clients, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to thrive in a competitive industry. His clients consistently find success, with many receiving prestigious awards and recognition for their work in theatre, film, and television.
Craig’s longstanding relationships with top-tier managers, agents, and immigration attorneys in the USA and UK have enabled him to navigate the complexities of international markets, ensuring that his clients have access to opportunities worldwide. This allows Craig to foster the kind of cross-border collaboration, bridging the gap between Australia, the USA, and the UK.
Founded in 2002, McMahon Management stands as a testament to Craig’s commitment to both tradition and innovation in the entertainment world. While the company embraces the ever-evolving landscape of popular culture, it also has a deep respect for the history of the industry. Craig’s ability to balance these two elements allows him to manage artists who are not only current but also grounded in the craft of storytelling.
In addition to his work as a manager and artistic director, Craig spent over a decade at Network Ten, one of Australia’s leading television networks, as a Presenter and Segment Producer. During this time, Craig’s creativity, leadership, and ability to engage with audiences earned him the prestigious Network Ten Achiever of the Year Award for excellence in producing, writing, and presenting. His work contributed significantly to the station’s success, and his efforts were recognized on a national level.
Before embarking on his management career, Craig honed his craft as an actor in Los Angeles, studying under some of the world’s most renowned trainers and mentors. His acting background gave him an invaluable understanding of the challenges that actors face. His experience as an actor also informs his approach to talent management, allowing him to nurture performers’ unique voices and help them bring their authentic selves to the screen.
