Will Pearce is a Casting Director living and working on Gadigal Land, Sydney. His casting career began in London, where he worked alongside some of the UK’s top casting directors.
Will joined McGregor Casting in 2017 and has worked on many local & international projects including: The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Babyteeth, Foe, Evil Dead Rise, The Unusual Suspects, The Twelve, Apples Never Fall, The Wilds, Fisk & The Deb.
Will’s recent casting credits include: Fisk S3 (ABC), Mix Tape (BINGE), The Role of a Lifetime (ABC), Zombies 4 Aus Casting (Disney+) + TVCS & Short films.
He is particularly proud of the short film 14 in February which was nominated for Best Casting in a Short Film at the 2023 Casting Guild of Australia awards.
Will’s dedication and talent have earned him the prestigious title of Rising Talent for Casting for 2024 by IF Magazine.
Pearce is an active member of the CGA, passionate about developing strong working relationships with fellow creatives and strives to look further afield to unearth new talent .
