Managing Director & Co-CEO
Dominique co-founded Film & Television Studio International more than 25 years ago and has been its Managing Director and Co-CEO ever since, guiding the studio’s creative vision and day-to-day growth alongside founder Craig McMahon.
Originally from Dublin, Dominique grew up in a family of singers, songwriters, actors and storytellers. She’s a natural creative herself, an accomplished musician and singer-songwriter, and spent many years competing as a champion Ballroom and Latin American dancer at an elite level. Her early artistic life led her into formal training, completing an Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts before commencing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre at QUT, where her love of performance and her knack for leadership really started to shape her career.
Dominique worked closely with Craig during his full-time years at Network Ten. While he was deeply embedded at the Network, she balanced her own work commitments there with university studies and the early development of Film & Television Studio International. Those years cemented their collaborative style and their shared passion for nurturing talent.
As FTSI grew, so did the demand for their work behind the camera, developing performers and guiding artists through the realities of the industry.
Their studio eventually expanded into Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, and in 2002 they founded McMahon Management, now one of Australia’s well-established and highly respected talent management companies. Today, McMahon Management continues to grow internationally, representing exceptional artists working across global screen and stage markets.
Across both companies, Dominique has helped shape the careers of hundreds of performers and creatives. Her work is driven by a belief in high standards, genuine mentorship and the idea that talent thrives when guided with honesty, care and expertise.
Dominique and Craig are also proud parents to four wonderful daughters, all of whom share their love for the arts.
