Wednesdays I 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Commencing August 3, 2022

If you have experience and training, but lack quality content that matches your casting type then this is the ideal opportunity for you to commence constructing a showreel, or to simply create another contrasting scene for your existing reel.
Shot on location under the direction of award winning Television Director Scott Major, your scene will then be edited, colour graded and professionally sound mixed by Director of Photography Jordan Bond. In the weeks leading up to your pre-production session, you will work with Artistic Director Craig McMahon, who will help guide you with selecting that perfect scene that is going to showcase you as your most sellable self/type.

Damian is currently in Sydney filming Last King of the Cross, an upcoming Australian streaming television drama series for Paramount+. The series is inspired by the autobiography of nightclub owner John Ibrahim and his experiences in Sydney’s Kings Cross. It is one of the most anticipated Dramas of 2022/2023. Most recently starring on prime-time Drama Jack Irish and feature film 2067, Damian Walshe-Howling is a multiple-award winning actor and director, best known for his breakout role of Benji Veniamin in the Original Underbelly Series, for which he won the Best Supporting actor in a drama series at the AFI awards. He also received a Silver Logie Nomination for Most Outstanding Actor for Underbelly and an AFI Award Nomination for Best Actor in a Guest Role in a Television Series for The Secret Life of Us. Damian will be joined by Craig McMahon. As the Artistic Director of Film & Television Studio International, Craig works at the very heartbeat of our industry, developing exciting new talent to springboard onto our screens. As the CEO of McMahon Management, personal manager to local and international artists, Craig is at the coalface of what is happening on the daily in the film and television industry – globally.
With an electric, visionary, and excitable approach to developing hugely successful careers, Craig is a dynamic, innovative and hands on manager. He works with his actors from the ground up – renowned for literally taking complete unknown, raw, emerging clients and developing them into not only working, but award-winning actors. His long standing working relationships with USA and UK managers, agents, and immigration attorneys enable him to continuing this ongoing journey and partnership with his artists – internationally. Craig makes it his business to know the business at every level. Established in 2002, McMahon Management celebrates popular culture whilst still having a deep appreciation and respect for industry tradition and history. Enthusiastic and considered McMahon Management is a creative collaboration – working together with artists to accomplish the shared goal of telling stories in theatre, film and television.
A man of many talents, Craig wears many caps. The former actor, television presenter, writer and segment producer, turned Manager, Mentor, Trainer, Artistic Director – and CEO of McMahon Entertainment Group, is looking forward to adding “Show Creator” to his vast list of credits. He is just about to further his studies in a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Media and Communications, and is father to four beautiful daughters.
