An Exclusive 11-Day/10 Night Acting Intensive in the heart of LONDON.
We are thrilled to present an extraordinary international opportunity for Australian actors, an exclusive London Acting Intensive centred around a Stanislavsky Technique Masterclass at the world-renowned Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), led by senior faculty.
This is far more than a workshop.
It is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the craft of acting at the highest international level while training in the heart of one of the world’s great creative capitals.
Australian actors will travel to London for an unforgettable intensive experience, combining elite actor training, world-class theatre, industry inspiration, and cultural immersion.
At RADA, actors will undertake an intensive masterclass in Stanislavsky’s revolutionary acting system, the foundational methodology that transformed modern performance and continues to shape leading actors across stage and screen.
This program extends well beyond the studio.
Our actors will be based in the beautiful Hyde Park precinct, staying in one of London’s most iconic and elegant locations, surrounded by historic architecture, culture, and the unmistakable energy of the city.
Outside training hours, participants will experience the creative heartbeat of London.
This includes unforgettable evenings in the legendary West End, where actors will attend world-class theatre productions and witness some of the finest performances currently on the global stage.
From intimate dramatic works to major international productions, the West End offers a masterclass in itself. Actors will have the opportunity to observe elite performances, analyse craft in real time, and draw inspiration from one of the most vibrant theatre scenes in the world.
Welcome dinner, return airfares, daily breakfast and return airport transfers are included, and your time in London is supported by Craig and Dominique McMahon, offering mentorship and on-the-ground guidance throughout.
This intensive has been designed as a complete artistic immersion. It is an opportunity to step outside your everyday environment, train internationally, expand your creative perspective, and return with renewed discipline, inspiration, and confidence.
Placements for this international intensive will be strictly limited. This opportunity will be offered first to selected actors, alumni, and current students before any public release.

Immerse yourself in Uta Hagen’s Approach to Acting, in the artistic home where Uta taught her legendary Professional class for more than 50 years.
Experience the depth and value of Uta Hagen’s Object Exercises and Scene Study process. Led by HB Studio faculty who trained directly with Uta Hagen, we will explore the infinite potential of the exercises in the actor’s practice, and apply the same rigorous values to scene work. Through participation and discussion, we see the individual talent revealed and released through this approach.
The Uta Hagen Institute’s Hagen Lab is an intensive, five-day program where artists from around the world come to continue their professional development. The program is designed to serve actors who wish to explore and expand their understanding and experience of Uta Hagen’s approach to acting.

The Extremely Practical Exercises found in Uta Hagen’s world-famous Books, Respect for Acting and A Challenge for the Actor, probe the depths and height of human behaviour.
They offer the actor a structure for lifelong practice exploring the dynamic interaction between sensory/emotional experience and the creative imagination. They hone the actor’s ability to actively live through the circumstances of the play and the character’s dilemma. When the work becomes a part of the actor’s process, unpremeditated truthful behavior replaces cliché and easy sentiment in performance. The actor grows to honour an authentic, present and intuitively responsive self in the role while making imaginative choices that serve the play.
Upon registration, you will be given guidelines on how to prepare for the workshop. Rehearsal outside class is required.

Participant Responsibilities
